Acknowledgement of data sources:

No matter who you are or what you do, you should always acknowledge relevant sources. As every bit of collected information does belong to someone. However, it is very easy to electronically duplicate data. The theft of data from the internet, for example, is a simple as copy and paste or a right mouse click. Essensially we think that the data is automatically ours because we can easily access it. But in reality you have to say where your sources came from. Aknowledging these sources should involve a comprehensive coverage of the author, data source, date of access, page number if appropriate and any publication details
